Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author’s Guideline

Submission of an article needs the following requirements, and the submission would be returned to the authors if the submissions do not adhere to the following guidelines.

  • The work is original and has not been published previously. Nor it has been submitted to another journal for consideration elsewhere.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The submission must be the required format. Authors are required to used Letter size paper with Times New Roman writing style font size 12 for the main text with line spacing 1.5 and 10 for the abstract with 1.5 line spacing. Left margin should be 3.5 but all other margins should be 2.5 mm. Tables and figures should not be split on two pages.

Submission of the Paper

All papers must be submitted electronically through the OJS System where the author must register himself/herself.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Language

The language of the paper must be in American English.

  • Length of Paper

The length of the paper should be between 5000 - 6000 words including references.

  • Abstract

Abstract should be minimum 150 and maximum 200 which should carry the brief introduction, aims, methodology, findings, and research questions.  

  • Keyword:

Write the keywords of paper after the abstract which should not be more than 5 words. The authors must avoid general and plural terms and words in keyword section.

  • Title Page

Title of the article should be precise, logical, and informative which should be in center, bold and capital words.

  • Author’s names and affiliations

Authors’ official names must be written in center under the title. The names of authors must be written with affiliations addresses where they work officially.  Authors are required to provide the full postal addresses, including email addresses.

  • Corresponding author

The corresponding author must indicate himself/herself since who would handle all correspondences of pre and post publication processes. The corresponding author has to ensure his/her to write name, postal address, email and cell number.

  • Table and Figure

Tables, figures, and maps should have headings and be numbered consecutively and should be clearly presented. Notes and sources should be placed under each table and figure. Photo will be treated as figures.

  • References

Authors must follow the latest edition of APA 6th Edition in referencing.

  • Citations in the text

Authors must ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list. Please avoid citation in the abstract.

  • Reference List

References of papers must be organized alphabetically, suggested to use any reference tool such as Mendeley Desktop, Endnote. Updated work and papers references are encouraged to be cited.

  • Plagiarism Policy

Authors must ensure that the Turnitin Result of the paper is not more than 16% where one source is not more than 5%.
